If you've done a Quick or Secure Erase and get a screen with no icons and no menubar, and the synch button on your cable or cradle does nothing, but have the default DIA showing after you tap Done, try this.
Reset the LifeDrive but DO NOT tap Done. Tap the Mail icon instead. It will say it needs to Hotsynch and gives you a button to do that.
Tap that button and it'll synch everything back and reset. Then it'll work normally.
