Alas, without a suitable replacement for my NX70 incorporating a 3G phone being available, today I start migrating my data to my new iPhone 3GS.
I salute all the programmers who over the years have written tremendous apps and OS extensions so that my NX70 has gone from 11MB user space and 128MB MS, to its final configuration of 4GB (Fat32) of CF and 2GB (Fat16) of MSPD and 100MB+ of programs via PowerRun in the Clie's paltry user space.
New, my Clie cost AU$1200 (2002) which in today's dollars is way, way over what I've paid for my 32GB iPhone outright and unlocked.
Another organiser going to my retired devices draw.
Sorry to read your retirement from the Clie community but I suppose it is inevitable.
Now that Avantgo is no longer available for palm community, I will either have to do more with Plucker and mobipocket to have some use with my TH-55. For sure I know that the internet browser via IPhone is way better than anything that a Sony clie could offer. Maybe my question should be what kept you so long with a Sony Clie?

Hi, still here (for now). The reason I stayed with the Clie for so long, is that it has taken that long for someone to offer a device worth the pain of transferring too. Even then, it's taken Apple 3 goes at the iPhone to tempt me over.
Although I have been a Mac user for years (decades actually) I was only going to get the iPhone when it suited my requirements, not the other way around. 7 years with the Clie just shows what a great device/platform it is.
