In 2005 People were recommending the use of the PSP Movie Creator. In this post comment #95 it was recommended for use in the UX-50:

Since it is 2009, I will search for possible use of Blueray movie conversions to PSP (which means can also be used in IPOds and other formats that use MP4.)
I believe that Sony allows for its PS3 to send movies to the PSP. That might be the only way to convert a blue ray movie into mp4 format.
