TX needs reset to turn on (I spoke too soon)

I thought I had fixed my problem with a new install of Palm Desktop, but the problem persists and seems random. I think my next step is a hard reset. Any suggestions for this?

Back it up first with NVBackup and then hard reset it.

If I then restore after the backup, won't I get the problem back?

Yes, you'll need to do a Selective Restore instead of a full one. Start with letter A, then B, etc., so you can isolate the culprit.

Regards,

The quickest way is to restore half of your apps. If it works well then restore half of the remaining apps and so on. This technic is the quickest logical elimination process for finding the bad app or file etc. whenever trouble shooting computers.

I really think I found the culprit this time. I have Quicken and I bought PocketQuicken 2.5. My Quicken got corrupted some way, and apparently corrupted PQ also. I uninstalled and reinstalled both and have had no problems since
