| A few comments after two days of use:
- I don't like the scroll wheel. It's too small, too hard to use.
- The power on button is a pain - awkward and difficult to use
- The TH55 is so - what shall I say - small, compact and cute compared to my NX70. Easy to hold and slides nicely in my pocket, without making an ugly bulge.
- It's nice having app button right on the front. Gotta learn to take advantage of them!
- I probably should have switched a few years ago, but the 'old lady' keeps on working so good, I couldn't stop using her easily.
- The folks here on the boards are so helpful! I would not be able to buy (thanks DanT!) or switch without all the people here.
I've still got a few things I need to straighten out on my TH55. I need to do a clean install on a few apps that didn't like being beamed or copied over. I've a few weird things happening in DateBk6, CardBackup and a few others where menus are not showing properly.

| I use app called THe Go! Go! (THeUtil_en.prc) to map the capture button, bellow the phone jack, as power button for years.

| I had used a different method because I think it had less overhead (less slowdown) using PowerCapture / YAHM for alternate power on/off...
as well as MapButtons for the voice recorder switch (I mapped it to the Audioplayer)
I still used THeGo!Go! to map the 4th button to PSMemo (best memo app) and then deleted THeGo!Go! afterwards (no longer necessary).
I also used LensWarning as an alternate to warn (when powering off) that I had left the camera switch open. See this thread for more info.

I really don't mind posting a link, but it still amazes me that someone would bother posting a request to find something before searching on the wonderful world of Google. (since it was the first result when searching for "PSMemo") =] |

| I did Google it but maybe the reason I didn't find it was because I put a space between PS and Memo. Appreciate the link anyway, thanks |

| 4th button to power up? [QUOTE=enderenya]I still used THeGo!Go! to map the 4th button to...QUOTE]
Is there a way to map the 4th button to =power up= with a certain app -- or even just plain power up? Neither SharkBtn nor THeGo!Go! can do this.
Thanks for your ideas. |
