1) No, original backplate is enough.
2) I'm too lazy to make English version. But i think photos are enough. There are no difficulties to replace battery. Any way you can translate it to english ( http://www.online-translator.com/De...spx?prmtlang=en, for examlpe).

1) Which battery? Original PowerCellCorea or Ipod Shuffle?
2) How old is it? If more then 2 years, then it's normal. LiIon batteries are dying itself.

| adjust contrast, chose the shortest time to switch back to sleep mode.
And "brand new" to some sellers perhaps means "I never touched it since it was delivered 2 Years ago" ... | |
