| Android fonts for PalmOS (with FontSmoother) I've generated FontSmoother-compatible versions of the lovely Droid fonts for the G-Phone as soon as Google released the Android source under the Apache2 license. Here is the link: http://pruss.mobi/dl/Droid.zip
If you don't have FontSmoother, you can get a trial, and purchase it if you like, from: http://zlthemes.com/Programs.php
Question: I'd like some of these to be included in the FontSmoother installer, so that people who just try out the installer can get them right away. Which of these sizes look best to you?

| Hi Pruss,
Thanks for all your efforts. Here's my opinion. Fonts look very good. Sizes I liked were 7 & 8 pt. For me the 7 pt would be most useful. I like a lot of info on one screen.
I will say though, these fonts are fairly dark (bold, for lack of better description). I normally use Utopia 15 aa ker as my default font. This is not as "bold" as the Droid fonts and, for me, a little easier on the eyes when looking at a memo, etc. For just a list of items, the Droid fonts are great. |

| Thanks for the nice font set Alex.
It's tough to decide what to include in a small sampling, but I suppose a sample of each serif and sans in maybe 6pt, 8pt, and 10pt. Starting at 9pt these are quite crisp.
I have already incorporated 6 through 9 Sans and the Sans italbold 8 in a few apps. It's rare that I use a Serif, especially since I tend to stick to the smallest fonts I can find.
I would really like to see the complete italbold set in the full .zip release if possible. |

| Alex, after a day of use, I've got to say that this is my favorite font. It is so clear! It has made some of my apps look new again. I've made Sans 9 my default system font since it's slightly smaller than the default Palm font. Now if I could just create a set out of them like I do with FontCollector for ThoughtManager.
Thanks for sharing it! |

| 9pt sans for me as well.
Smaller than the stock font but just as readable, even with mature eye's . It has crisp look that I love.
Thanks fore sharing! |

| I've included these in 2.32, which I've released. http://zlthemes.com/Programs.php
I've changed the size numbers not to be point sizes, but sizes closer to the way I've numbered the Utopia fonts.

| Thanks Alex. Are there any changes to the application in the update or just the new fonts? |

| Pruss! Thank you! This font set is crystal clear! I like 9pt as well.
I will miss Larabi, but there were some Webpages that would have text chopped off sometimes. This works best with my screen! Nice job! |

In order to use this font you need the app fontsmoother. It will change the fonts for ALL apps on your device. For selected applications, BibleReader and other bible softwware, you can use the fontsmoother fonts without actually paying for fontsmoother.
For the link to fontsmoother, see the link in the first post. |
