Hard Buttons = Fatal Exception! man oh man oh man... this sucks. whenever i hit any button on my clie when it's off, it powers on and immediately says fatal exception and freezes.  when i soft reset, everything looks fine.  but when i turn it off, there's no turning it back on... not even with the power button. i've tried a hard reset with a hot sync restore and i've tried a hard reset with a ms restore.  i've deleted all my hacks and even x-master.  i've deleted diddlebug and i'm in the process of deleting PiDirect II... mmmm_beer Registered User Join Date: Jul 2002 Posts: 44	It seems like this problem is happening more and more. That is what was happening on my older T615C. I ended up getting a new T665C, since the T615C was out of the 90 day warranty that refurbs get. You should call Sony and have them fix it.

really... this is interesting, i hadn't heard about it before.  it's infuriating isn't it? 

i actually bought mine at circuit city, and i can return it until jan. 31... but of course the SJ30 is discontinued now and no one has them in stock.  and the T665 is now selling there for 3-frickin-99!! that's nearly 100 bucks higher than anywhere else. so i think i may take it back and wait for the SJ33 to come out at the end of february. 

a good excuse to upgrade, but i don't know how i'll last an entire month with out my clie.
