What is the maximum number of AMX Threads that can be created on Palm _OS 4? I read somewhere, that there is a hardcoded number of threads in the Palm _OS Kernel.

not as far as i know, BUT since in os 4.0 and below you can only start a thread as a new app with a special flag, there are other limiting factors, like 15 owner IDs total. in general multithreading on OS 4 and below is possible, but useless due to the problems with it.
