My iQue 3600 can not charge thru cradle and car unit

Solved:Opened the iQue and used a heated knife to cut horizontally into the + pin and it comes like a U, upside down, from the circuit board, and the exterior side of it was broken (I dropped it one time, which might be the cause). Soldered from the horizontal part towards the exterior and the bottom part of the tin touches the pin in the cradle. Adviceable to use elastic glue to hold the jog wheel together, as well as the power button or just remove permanently the plastic steering at one side of the jog wheel. A soft film can be purchased, (at f.e. Trimble), to protect the display. Problem:My iQue 3600 can not charge thru cradle and car unit but only thru travel charger, using the pin connector. Electricity meter measures resistance of 4 ohms between the the 1. connector of the 16-pin connections, which is the minus connection, or ground, and the pin in the pin connector but infinite resistance between the the 1. connector of the palm universal 16-pin connections and the 16. connector, which is the + connection.
Lithium 3.7 volts battery: I used 2000v battery by cutting a hole the back of the iQue 3600 with a soldering iron and removed all extra wrappings around the battery to make it thinner and then I used a tape at the back.
