| 8+ GB Memory Sticks on TG50? I have had my unused TG50 sitting in storage waiting to be ebayed (it works) but never got around to it. I just rediscovered it, and it may come in handy, depending on the responses to my question -
Can it support Sony's newest 8+ GB memory sticks? And, does the design of the stick have 2 x 4 GB areas, or is it one contiguous 8 GB space?
I have several MP3 files and the TG50 could act as my portable MP3 player - MP3 files created from tapes and albums.
Thanks.

| TG50's abilities I too sadly neglect my TG 50 but it is my ocassional TV remote. I am thankful that it is a capable remote(pre-installed by Sony) but it may also be a great substitute for my bluetoothless TH-55(usa model)
Why get a mini-keyboard when TG 50 has one built in? One reason is that it still takes a while how to figure out how to use it because it is so compact.
Oh, the question asked originally ASAIK 2gb is the highest memorystick that the whole Sony Clie system can use. The installed video and MP3 is limited also by their programs from what I gather...but not sure up to 4gb.

| Next question would be if there is _any_ way to get the tg50 to recognize any 8GB capacity card? I've got a ton of MP3 songs (recorded from tape and converted to mp3) I'd love to "dump" into one place, and not have to spread the songs among different memory cards.
Thanks.

| Scotte, if there was a way to use mp3 upt to 8gb, I would think that a PSP would be the platform to do that. Because 1src is mainly oriented to PDAs that are existing, PSP news gets sadly neglected here even though more PSP hackers are working on this problem as we speak....

| Actually, with hacked drivers, it can support FAT32 cards, but not very well. The built-in Audio Player would not be able to play music from them.
