This is a nice idea, didn´t even know that I´d need this

But to me it´s rather useless in the current version:
- loading pics takes REALLY long, even though it creates thumbnails,
- thumbnails and everything else is stored in RAM, no way to have it store it´s stuff on card, it gets rather heavy on RAM usage if used extensively,
- it does not make use of EXIF information, even though it needs it´s own JPG lib, (despite of using the pnoJPGlib available on most devices, ´cause it´s needed by i.e. pTunes or adressXT as well),
- it does not use 320*480 screen.

What would make it superior to just using RescoViewer and it´s album feature is the ability to just use thumbnails, so that the original pics may be (re)moved. But then it should store the actual filename of the pic someplace - you have no way of finding the original pic once moved.

The again, it´s free ...


Anybody know of a comparing app that can do what travelphoto does, but better?

Buy something. You have too much demands for freeware

btw there is another freeware called "Teksphotos"

Version 2 here but this only works on the Treo and the Palm Zire 7x(s)
