I've had my nz90 for a few weeks now and already want to clear some unwanted crap from memory. I've never had any problem with a hard reset on my peg t415, but the nz90 won't do it. What am I doing wrong?
hold the power button and press reset. release the power button when the screen goes to the palm logo. you should get the question to erase all or not.
