Web pad or similar (huge touch screen)

Hi!

Hope anybody will read here in this ... almost empty topic category.

I am looking for some PDA with a very big screen. I saw the HTC Advantage also known as T-Mobile Ameo in Germany. But it still is quite small if I compare the device to what I am looking for:

I want a PDA with a screen size of DIN A5 (about 21 x 16 cm).

I have been looking for tablet PCs, but they have a big disadvantage (as far as I can tell): they need to boot before you can work with them.

Do You know some solution between PDA (available immediately after turn on) and tablet PC/UMPC/MID (big screen, bigger than LifeDrive and Co got)?

Would be happy to hear from You!

I am especially keen on getting such a device with linux.

I would be very interested as well. My big requirement would be pressure sensitivity levels like a wacom tablet for drawing. I would be ok with Linux or Palm OS
