any mp3 player that will play 16kbps/8kHz bitrate?

anyone knows of any mp3 player for clie that will play mp3 encoded at 16kbps and 8KHz? In addition to music mp3's I have at 192kbps, I have quite a bit of speech/seminar/sermon audio mp3's encoded at 16kbps and 8kHz, which plays fine on PC using winamp and also other portable mp3 players, but are not playable using clie audioplayer. would appreciate any suggestions. the reason I encode at that low bitrate is to save space and also the quality for speech is not degraded too significantly at low bitrates compared to music.
thanks!

There is no other mp3 player for the Clie, Sony doesnt share well with developers (this is one area they could take lessons from palm on). The just recently released some audio API info but not enough to make an mp3 player which is sad considering on the palm side you have choices.....but Sony has the only game in town on the Clie side.

I find that the Audioplayer can play mp3s at most any bit rate as long as the sampling frequency is 44.1 kHz. try encoding your mp3 files at your desired bit rate but with a frequency of 44.1 kHz.

Now I know you're a feminist and I think that's adorable. But this is grownup time and I'm the man...OWWWWW!!! What was that for?
