| New launcher/sublauncher? Duh Button Launcher Plus 1.04b Just picked this up on PalmGear http://palmgear.com/index.cfm?fusea...0&prodid=135918
"
Application Description
Duh Button Launcher Plus allows you to quickly launch applications that are on your Palm OS Device, in your Palm OS device's memory card, or DA's (desk accessories) that are on your Palm OS device!
You can map up to twenty applications, or DA's to each of the four hard buttons (datebook, contacts, to-do list, or notepad). The best part about this, is that DBLP acts like a DA! In other words, the DBLP launcher runs on top of the program you are currently running. So you can launch the DBLP launcher, change your mind about launching another application, and resume your work (as long as the ReturnDA is installed)......"
Does this use Accessorizer, too?

| The concept looks great... however, when I run it, I get "Too many RAM apps! Some items might not be displayed." in a dialog. When I click Done, I get a soft reset.

Is there a way to contact the developer?

mee, too. needs pin reset.
what do you mean by "needs return DA in RAM" ? the INSTALL.TXT says Quote:
INSTALL
To install DBLP, hotsync the DBLPlus.prc file, and any of the desk accessories you want to your Palm device.

| ahhhhh no idea, cuz when i installed the returnDA to ram (first i just installed the dblplus) i could entered the app.
But then i couldnt get out of it once in? ?? ? ? ?
I saw some weird windows when pressing the hard buttons but never came out of a white screen. DIA was working and everything in the statusbar just, no other application was able to run... I did a soft reset and after that i still have the same problem with the please wait...

Sounds to me like it's similar to PetitLaunch which on a HardButton press pops up a window and then you press any HardButton to launch an App, DA or Function (eg: Power Off) but only one per button.
You can also Grafitti a letter or letters to see an App or list of Apps in the window and then select.
However, PetitLaunch does not launch from the card unless the app is linked (eg: ZLauncher)
Pressing the 5Way Left dismisses the window if you change your mind
But I guess we will never know for sure unless the author fixes whatever
I tried the original Duh Button Launcher and could not get it to work either. I assigned it a HardButton but on press the App just flashed on the screen and disappeared Oh well
All the best, woz of oz |

| What gets me is that I can't even open the .ZIP file. I've downloaded each release from different sites and the zip always comes down corrupt. I'm using 7Zip and think I tried the latest PeaZip that came out around last week. What acrhiver are you folks opening it with? I get the feeling I spent money on apps I didn't need to if this works out. But hey, I supported a great developer. |

| I was using 7zip 4.42 - I just installed 4.55 beta and can finally open this file. I'm guessing it was comressed using the latest and greatest method... No way to distribute an app. Regardless, I'm happy to finally get to try it. |

| When I try to launch it (from RAM) I see it for a fraction of a second then it reboots my TX. Will try again on next version. It wouldn't even run after a warm boot. Crossing my fingers on the next release. |
