Convert .pdb image files to .jpg files.

Has anyone found a way to convert .pdb image files to .jpg files. I would like to save some backimages that I received as .pdb files to .jpg to store on my MS. I know I can save the .pdb file on MS, but a 300k .pdb file only uses about 50k as a .jpg.

You could use a screen capture application such as ScreenShot from linkesoft to create a file that can be hotsynced and converted to a bmp or gif on the PC.

ScreenShot cost $12 and can be downloaded from www.linkesoft.com

There may also be freeware screen capture applications available at palmgear.

Thanks for the suggestion, I'll give it a try. I already have HRCapt on my device.

Didn't work, none of the image viewers on my device could open the backimage files, including AcidImage with all the file types it supports. Wish Skin makers would include jpg copies of their backimages in there .zip distributions.

Converting pdb to JPEGs

Get the HRCaptDA program at.

http://www.maicca.com/

(Since the author is poor at English the site is in Japanese)

Or here

http://www.launchplug.com/HRCaptDA.html

The program includes a nice pdb to BMP converter, then you can convert the BMP to JPG or whatever using ACDsee or something.

Goodluck!

Are these background files for ZLauncher or something else? In the lateset beta of ZLauncher, you can get rid of everything from the launcher view and then take a screenshot.
