I think it was called Baulderburg, or something like that, but I've googled that and every variation I can think of and found nothing. It is a 3d turn-based game, in which you have a castle, and use cannons and other weapons to destroy your opponents castle. You could upgrade your castle, and for some reason, get blimps to drop bombs.
EDIT: It is called "Castle Siege: Ballerburg"
