I just purchased a Sony WL-110 wireless Lan card to replace a broken WL-100. I installed the drivers that came with the instalation disk. When I plug the card into the slot the green power light blinks, then the green link light blinks. I cannot connect to my wireless network.
I believe I have configured everthing properly. I have the correct network ID. I have the correct WEP. But I keep getting a "device error" when I try to connect.
How can I tell if the problem is with the card itself or with the pda? When I go to the card info, I get all the info for my memory stick, but when I select the other card I get no info for TYPE, Size, or Device id.
Did you do a soft reset after installing the drivers?
