| Tcmp What I am doing wrong?
I am trying to see some clips on My Zodiac through TCMP (all clips work well in my Clie UX50) but I only have sound
I installed all files (but the clie) one by one - and nothing
Any ideas?
Thank you

| What format are the clips? Do you have the AAC codec installed also? (You have to Google for that, but it's easy to find.) |

| format .avi
in the Clie I do not have to make any conversion - I just transfer the .avi to the memory stick and tcmp plays it
in the Z2, I tried the same thing - tcmp finds the file but only plays the sound - no image

| Do you have the Zodiac plug-in for TCPMP installed? Also, in Prefs/Video, at the bottom, you should have "ATI Decoder" selected if you don't already. |

| Thank you Telyx
Yes - I have the Zodiac plug-in
I cannot make any of the drop-down menus to work - I re-installed the whole application (0.72) and it still don't allow me to change preferences

| Something isn't right, obviously. You should be able to tap Pref at the bottom of the TCPMP main screen and get General, Video, and Audio buttons at the bottom. Tap Video and make sure ATI Decoder is selected (picklist at bottom left) and Auto is selected (picklist at bottom right).
The drop-down menus are only accessible from the TCPMP main (player) screen, not from within the Pref screens. (Oddly, if you go into the drop-down menu and select Preferences, you get the same screen as if you tap Pref at the bottom of the main screen.) If you are in one of the Pref screens (General, Video, or Audio), close that screen to go back to the main screen and you should then be able to access the drop-down menu. |

| It was easy to change the preferences once I cleared the play list - when ATI decoder is selected I have a 'out of memory" error message :-(
I tried all the options of screen rate and settings and nothing. I installed a newly dled version of TCMP and the unit crashed imediatly after launching the appl - with and without the add-ins (it never crashed with the old non-functioning version)

| Well, you have me baffled... I (and many other Zodiac users) have no such problems with TCPMP 0.72RC1. Try asking in the tapland.com forums--you'll find more "specialists" there. |
