Audio editor for Palm?

I've been searching for a basic free audio recorder and editor for my Zire 72 (even with really basic functions), but I keep finding junk and redirecting pages. This is basically the last place I could think of to get help, does anybody know of any free audio recorders/editors for the Palm OS? Even if it is as basic as Windows sound recorder I won't mind.

The best one is Wave Edit Pro but it's not free. I don't know of any that's free.

What do you need? There are free recorders: SoundRec or MyPlayer from the Palm.com SDK.

Well, Glaciusor mentioned "editor" too.

Yeah, but also: "Even if it is as basic as Windows sound recorder I won't mind." ;-)

Oops. Sorry. I have it set to send me an email notification but I haven't checked it in a while. I couldn't locate either of those applications, but thanks anyway. The reason is I want to just be able to trim, increase the volume of, and reverse my recordings. The voice memo application doesn't let me do either, and many times I catch tons of silence, the audio is too quiet to hear, and my friends and I like to talk backwards, so a reversing application will get significant use. I sent out an order for wave edit enterprise, apparently wave edit is a good application and the cost is worth it. Oh, I just remembered, audio editing can take a lot of power, something my zire 72 could use. Does anybody know of a good overclocking application (preferrably free but doesn't have to be)?

I know of Lightspeed, WarpSpeed and PXA Clocker but none is free.

That's what I thought. I heard of an open source overclocking app for Zire 72, but it isn't a big project and it doesn't work for the camera application where I mostly want to use it and I would rather get a version that I know to be more reliable and functional. Thanks again, I think I will try lightspeed if I really do need an overclocking application.

There's a free version of PXA Clocker; it just isn't persistant.
