so how do u delete the todolists in clie organizer, i have to select each note i wrote in order to delete one single note and its annoying, is there a faster way to delete all the note si wrote?

Are your todo items still there when you check them off, or do they disappear? The option for this is under the 'Options' tab and then 'Preferences.' Uncheck the box that says 'Show Completed Items' and then when you check a completed task, it will disappear.

That should make it a little easier to manage your tasks if you have not done so, otherwise you'll always be looking at completed and non-completed tasks--and that can be messy if you use it a lot.

Once all your completed tasks are gone (or not, same outcome) go to your drop down menu under 'Record' and select 'Purge.' This is what you're looking for; it will delete all your completed tasks for you in one fell swoop.

Sometimes what I'll do before I purge is to show the completed tasks first so that I can review them and make sure I'm not deleting anything by mistake. Then I purge and go back and uncheck the box for showing all completed tasks. Hope this helps!
