| "Designio" vertical flip leather case / any owners here? I came across this http://www.boxwave.com/products/dlc...er-case_789.htm case, the vertical flip version, and am wondering if anyone here is using it.
I would possible prefer a Rhinoskin but the only company I could find who would ship to the U.K. (beachaudio.com) want $50 shipping charge, well $49.95 actually

| Boxwave Case I recently purchased one of these cases for my TX, along with some other items from Boxwave. I am very pleased with the case and would highly recommend it. For the price, the quality and workmanship are excellent and it is much more affordable than other cases I considered buying.

Thanks, Kyle_. That actually confirms my feelings. And whilst I am about to order from Boxwave, is there anything else I should perhaps get at the same time in order to save on shipping costs? |

I too thank you Kyle_. But further, does anyone have any experience with the Armor Case that they offer: http://www.boxwave.com/products/arm...palm-tx_789.htm
As it looks like it takes up a little less space than the Leather case, but still offers good protection.
Thanks,
Stephen |

| I bought mine on http://www.pielframa.com/
but when I was still in Germany, now UK. It came straight from the manufacturer.
If you like, I can supply you with several links to manufacturers of leather cases for the palm, I can send them in the evening...
That one I bought is really amazing, looks great (but I should have choosen brown/black, not just black... grrrr) and looks still great after one year. Was costly that time, but I dont want to know how others are looking after one year.

I know of Piel Frama. Very nice, but at almost $100 (incl. shipping admittedly) outside my budget I am afraid. Piel Frama are most likely the best leather cases around.
The links you mentioned would, I am sure, prove very useful. Many thanks, tomtom1977. |

In addition to the case, I also bought a new stylus, pen refills for the pen in the stylus, and both screen protectors offered for the TX. I love the case. The stylus has a pen in the end of it, which I may never use, but I figured that their stylus might work better on their screen protectors. The stylus has a metal barrel, but it is just a little lighter in weight than the stylus that comes with the TX. It has been an easy adjustment. So far I have only used the anti-glare screen protector. I would prefer a bit more friction between it and the stylus, but after extensive use, particularly for note-taking at work, it is showing absolutely no signs of wear, which is a big plus for me.

Having now received the case (very fast delivery to Europe) I can only go along with your recommendation, Kyle. Very good quality, and *very* good value for money.
One small thing though, the two narrow leather sides (left and right) of the case, when looking at the screen, "bow out" towards the centre like so: ( ) . Does this happen on your case too? It's no biggie, I just wondered.
