| If you want, I can check it out for you. Simply pay shipping and I will diagnose it. Ever since I bought a lot of used PDA's, I can't get enough of that rush when you open the case!

| Could it be that the battery has been fully drained and that it needs to charge for three (3) hours? |

| If you haven't done so already, try an in-cradle reset (http://kb.palmone.com/SRVS/CGI-BIN/WEBCGI.EXE?New,Kb=PalmSupportKB,ts=Palm_External20 01,Case=obj(887)#incradle). Basically, put it in the cradle or connect the charging wire then hit the reset button located on the back of the handheld.
If still no luck, you may have a bad charger; try borrowing one from a friend or possibly visit a store which sells Palm devices and has an open display - you may be able to connect up to one of their chargers just long enough to test.
