No changes between this official release and the 036 beta build I take it?

Great product, and will be even better when done in hi-res+.

Doesn't 4cast need wireless capabilities? I thought that you had to have a wireless internet connection to use it, but what is this about hotsync conduit?

That is the most newly added feature. You can now use it to hotsync weather data and/or use WiFi.

I made a comment on the other 4cast thread about not showing 320x480, yet on my TH55. Is it coming soon for CLIE?

Hi,

Oh that's a tough one.
I need to see if I can get a device or a simulator.

You can borrow one of mine. I have 5 of them. Or I sell you one cheap, just because you are a good PalmOS developer & supporter of TH55. Send me PM.

I tried this for a few weeks, but wasn't impressed. One week Yahoo weather for London was wrong every day!!! This is not 4cast's developers fault, but an option to choose where you get the forecast from would be nice.

Just to give you an example. Today Yahoo says
'Cloudy with occasional light rain during the afternoon.'
It's actually been pouring with rain for the last 2 hours

Hi,

Problem is there is no standard for the way the data is presented, so I would have to re-program for every source.

What sources would you recommend ?

Thanks for your generous offer. Problem is I live in Israel, so this may be hard to do...

That's a good question. Just looked at 5 other sources, and they all say the same thing: light rain, which is wrong. Maybe they all get the data from the same source. I'll see if I can find a more accurate forecast. Maybe it doesn't exist
