| The pA beta version is supposed to be released sometime today; it removes the 255 icon limit, among other things. |

I'm holding off on this beta for right now . . .I like icons TOO much.

| I saw that a lot of people liked datebook5, so I downloaded it and I have a question.
The fonts are messed up in the weekly view with text. Some appointments show up fine, but most are scrunched together. Is there a way to resolve this? |

| infty, that was the problem that was talked about on this thread. you need to go into the view prefrences and turn the small font off. |

Thanks...I thought I'd read this awfully long thread but I missed that. Thanks for being so nice about it too, when I deserved to be flamed for my incompetence
It works well now |

#14 | | Guest | Anyone else find Datebook 5 too cluttered? I installed it, but was turned off by the scramped display of information and the UI. | |

| DB5 is kind of like ZL. It can be as cluttered or as simple as you want. It's also the kind of program that takes a LONG time to get used to and understand how it works, so if you've only used it for a few hours, you probably haven't done it justice. My default view of DB5 is very uncluttered.
BTW, pB has also been pulled; apparently the new icon setup is conflicting with old preferences, so there will be a pC release later tonight. |
