Man, I am so envious of you all! I have 1 TH55, 1 T|E and used to own 1 SJ33 and 1 SJ30 (now the formal passed down to my BF and latter to my baby sis). I'm sure I can't join the club until I get myself another TH55.

Wonder can we still get it from eXpansys? I got my first from there.

Oops! I didn't realise that my sig said it all!

I have 1 TH55 and am very happy with it. Why would I need another other than to send myself a message to see if it works!
I get enough stick from the mrs for sitting and reading all this stuff when I should be painting the house or mowing the lawn etc.

That could mean that when we have something passionately in common and you are not the only TH55 nutcase, then you are eager to speak up and share the feeling with the other TH55 nutcases.

True, DanT.

BTW: The best feature of the TH55 - The cool-retro Classic Trek communicator look with the flip-up screen protector. Scotty, two (TH55's) to beam up.

Hey, I say WELCOME to our one-sie, two-sie posters, who for whatever reason prefer to use 1src passively. Come on and join the fray! We bite, but it doesn't hurt long!

Thanks for the welcome, I guess I'm just shy 'coz I don't have the knowledge that you guys clearly have.
I only registered this year so don't know where the 2003 came from.. finger problems.
Anyway, I am glad I have a TH55 - it's the best I've had so far. I am still learning it's idiosyncracies plus all the other stuff.
Still wonder why you experts have so many?

I know my reason . . . I have six memory sticks (512,256, 128x4) purchased back when they cost more than today, and at least $2,500 invested in Palm OS software. Spending an additional $250 for my second TH55 seemed smart so as to protect that investment by extending my use of those products. I alternate the use of my TH55s every six months so that they are wearing down relatively evenly and hopefully give me a couple more years (2008) of use. There is no PDA on the market today that I would trade one for! Will there be over the next couple of years? Possibly, but it's not looking promising right now!

Wow! Nineteen members and growing daily! Thanks to all who have added your names to the list. May "The Force" (TH55s) be with us!
