| Is this possible? heya, ive never opened up a lifedrive before, so i dont know what to expect. So i ask u modders out there, is it possible to place an ipod harddrive into the LD? If so, that could be the answer to the "brick" problem.

| If someone manages to put an iPod drive in there, the iPod's battery should be put in there too. |

| I wonder how well a LD would handle a iPod HD. Not very well, I would expect, becuase it wan't made for it...

| haha, good point. Perhaps in a few more months this may be attempted by some brave soul. But think of the sleek, sexy and slim lifedrive if you do accomplish to put an ipod vids HD into LD. Drool.....

| Wo wo wo wo
The LD uses a micro drive, a drive that fits in a Compact flash card form.
The ipod uses a 1.8" drive, it looks like a standard laptop hard drive (2.5"), but smaller.
No way one can fit an ipod HD in the Lifedrive.
Best bet would be a 6Gb microdrive, but even better, a 4Gb standard flash CF card - I think some work in progress there but still no news.
