| Yes, UDMH causes a reset on Blazer. Just untick the 'enabled' box on UDMH and all is ok again. |

| Question is it a must for a second hotsync (as stated below) in order to restore my data. Can i skip this second sync and just restore from my memory card? Also, if i choose to restore everything in my backup, will Docs To Go be over written with the previous version?
Restore Data
The installer includes a final HotSync operation to restore your personal data and applications in Program Memory, If you need help with HotSync, start here.

I would go for the final HotSync. If there are problems, then do a soft reset and restore from your card.
Yes, Docs To Go (and other non-ROM applications) will be overwritten by your backup. |

| After a few years in the Palm world I definately learned one thing: NEVER to buy a Palm device (Palm brand) as soon as they came to market. There are always "bug this, bug that"! Keep yours and buy another one 6month/1 year later. I just don't understand why Sony machines were all so stable when they came to the market, instead of Palm's. Anyway I have an NX70v and I'm just waiting for the patches and then I will "move forward".

| How is Ptunes? When you exit from it (while still listening to music) and go into another application, are there any discrepencies? Like skipping, or just breaking up till the applications opens fully?

| My problem was a reset loop after all of the hotsyncing went ok. Has anyone else ended up in a reset loop? |

| I Like My LD much better today I Like my Lifedrive much better today. I have a lot of thrid party programs on my unit. I just counted 172 icons but that includes what is built in. I have been really frustrated with all the resets and having to delete programs that I really liked just to keep the lifedrive from resetting.
I had a little trouble installing the update. I ended up doing a hard reset and renaming my backup directory so it wouldn't reinstall everything. Then the program worked and I restored via Backupman. So far everything is working well. I can even beam and recieve which I haven't been able to do since I bought the thing back in June. This morning I put zLauncher back on and it has been working fine so far.
I use Audible Player for books and was very frustrated with all the crackling and other background noise. With the update, it sounds perfect. Tonight I will try putting back some of the other programs that I have been unable to run, like Quickoffice. That will be a good test as I would get resets no matter which of the Quickoffice programs I ran.
All in all, this looks like a good update. Everything seems much more stable. |

| Tried downloading the .sit file for my Mac several times but it only contains 12 and not the 36 files the website suggests it should.
Hmmmm....
Shame this part of the instructions come after it says "now hard-reset your lifedrive..."
