I had no idea that the free ad supported host server MyFileStash.com had pop up ads that installed trojans. I have moved all my Flash files over to MyFileHut.com which doesn't have pop ups. A good practice is to disable all pop up windows everywhere you surf nowadays because you can never be too careful. I didn't know because I disable all pop ups unless I know that the pop ups are valid and required, thus, I wasn't aware of the pop up trojans. Sorry again to everyone. For me, I've been quite diligent in preventing nasty stuff ever since I started getting hijacks several years ago when I was using IE. It took me days to remove the files manually (at the time anti-spyware programs weren't as popular or well known as they are now). The nasty CoolWebSearch stuff was hidden in my computer and would install the nasty stuff a few days when I thought I deleted the files. Nowadays, I empty out the Temp or cache when I close the browser (most nasty spyware first gets in there), disable pop up windows, update anti-spyware programs, update anti-virus software, update firewall software, scan all files before opening, don't download attachments in emails, disable flash for sites I'm not sure of (especially Freewarepalm.com which has pop ups and annoying Flash ads) etc. You really can't be too careful nowadays.
