I got my Zire 72 yesterday in the mail from hkklife. I bought it for $35 with a cracked screen. I have a T|E screen from Frenchie which I bought for $10. So I put the two together keeping the original Zire 72 digitizer since it had no scratches. So thats a good Zire 72 for $45. I peeled off the rest of that dreaded blue rubber paint. It comes off easily. I ordered a silicone case on ebay to cover up the blemishes on the sides in style. I also ordered some screen protectors on ebay to protect my investment.
The camera is way too dim indoors. You need lots of light. It works better outside. Zire 71 camera worked better but less resolution. I did try recording soem video which was cool. I think overclocking made it go a little smoother. It only records at 240x320 res. The video recorder also records audio with it.
Bluetooth works good. I did a hotsync via bluetooth with my iBook.
Processor- 312mhz runs good. I overclocked some apps to 500mhz+ with WarpSpeed and it ran stable.

Overclocking and UDMH makes SNES on LJP run near perfect with sound. Genesis and runs fine without UDMH.
TCPMP works fine on it and does play the video I recorded on the ZIre 72 as well as teh .wav VR files.
Voice recording works good. I never had this feature before. A big plus.
I used Palm Webcam programme from ClieVideo.com which worked. Still the camera was too dim.
Most thanks to Hkklife, Frenchie, and Dmitry Grinberg for his great software.
Here is a sample video that I made on the Zire 72. Kinda shaky. I was getting the mail. 8)
