As I had the same problem as user "undeadpalm", I had to change my Tungsten T3 for another T3 because of a motherboard failure.
Since then I tried to contact Dmitry multiple times, to no avail.
If this forum is the way to reach him, I once again ask him to contact me. My private message to him is still marked unread.
I hope Dmitry is well, and that he can write me back soon.
I will update on the situation whenever a change occurs.

As of today, I received an email from Dmitry. Seems he really has got a lot to do. I hope it's only this and nothing bad.
I got the new key and my T3 works perfectly again.
