How the sam hell do you open a Zod2?!

I finally got around to sourcing a new battery for my Zod, but I can't get the back off!

Undid all the screws with the insanely tiny torx driver, but there appear to be 4 clips or something holding it in. I have applied considerable force to the point that the metal casing of the back has started to bend slightly so clearly there is a trick to getting it off... but what is it?!

Halp!

Also, it looks like the old battery has swollen up something scary, which I suspect is why the button has been crushed on; I hope it isn't permanently damaged...!

Opening a Zodiac

I'll be doing that soon. I have three Zodiacs, and my production model died. It can likely be cured by parts swapping from another unit, but I haven't gotten around to it.

My recollection from the last time I performed the operation is that you must start from the bottom and move up the sides. You can't start from the top.

I'll see about posting details when I've done it.
