I second the applause, NvBackup regularly saves me also. Every once in a while Versamail decides to crash and lose all my mail.

I don't like to just retrieve everything again from the Mail server because the way I select emails to keep and to delete varies depending on whether I want them on my Palm or on my PC! So, my Versamail database is the fruit of a long labor of picking the right emails to keep.

When it crashes, I reach for NvBackup and voilá! Everything is back to the way it was the previous day.

I trust NvBackup so much that I sometimes do a backup, hard-reset my TX, then Restore the Backup, just to make it perform a little better (this might well be a superstition, but anyway it might defragment something and I believe it helps).

I use 1.22b. My interpretation from what Pruss wrote is that 1.23 is the same code as 1.22b, only now it's an actual release instead of a beta, so there is no changelog... or is there?

Thanks a lot for NvBackup, I will surely miss it when I regress into an iPhone or a Pre or some Android smartphone.
