Maybe. My TJ35 came with a greenish tint in the lower left hand corner of the screen. They took it back without any problems. However, they have a 14 day return policy so if it is a defect, and within that time period, you might have a chance.
They will allow a return within the 14 days for a defect, but if the screen is broken/cracked your screwed. Unless you bought the extended warranty. then you have to wait 14 days before you can get it replaced.
