| Finepix 2650 Digital Camera problem I have a fujifilm Finepix 2650 2.0 megapixel digital camera(for those that dont know what it looks like: http://www.fujifilm.com/JSP/fuji/ep...?prodcat=499973) and lately the LCD screen in back has dimmed greatly. Dimmed so much that
it looks like your looking at a black screen. The only time I know what Im shooting at is when tilting the camera at a certain position to get the screen a little lighter. Does anyone know whats wrong with it? Or have any suggestions of what to do? |

| That's the exact camera I've got! I've not had any issues with mine, but it sounds like your LCD screen is dying . . .
I'm sorry I don't have any helpful suggestions.
Where did you get it? Did you get any kind of warranty? Is it possible you can return it? I don't think they make them any more, but it IS possible, if you got a warranty, that the store will give you what you paid towards another camera.
If that's not possible, you may want to contact Fuji to see where the nearest authorized repair center is for their products . . . you can send it in & have it looked at . . .

That is a downer if the screen is living its life and dying, if that is the case. I got the camera as a gift from the store Ritz camera. It had no warrant at day of purchase. Already tried to give them the camera back to see if they can fix it but say its better off to purchase another, thats all they said. No other comments. I will see if I can find a fuji store nearby. If all goes bad, I dont mind getting myself another camera(its nice to have a new). |
