Hello, umm I just got this psp off of my friend and got the video cable for the tv because the screen is busted and won't show anything. Now I want to play a game but i can't update the psp with the video cable hooked up to it...can someone tell me what shows up while trying to update it (since my screen in busted and won't show anything?)
The "slim" PSP has a connection for video output. I got the three RCA connectors and I can view video on my television and the normal non-gaming screens. There is some mention of interlacing problems and I haven't tried the HD TV connection with the five plugs. It sucks that you can't view game playing but I didn't buy the adaptor for game viewing on my television....
How can you tell if it is a slim? It has the model number 2000.
