My Tungsten T5 has just jammed while I was using Plecodict software. The screen is on. None of the buttons work. I can't even switch it off. All I can do is wait for the battery to run down and recharge. I've tried a soft reset and a hard reset but nothing happened. Can anyone advise.
When using a Palm device you have to be sure not to use too many programs because some of them will conflict.
I have several palm devices and has never run into a problem of conflicting programs but I have read about some of the conflicts.

May have problems if the transfer of the program is interrupted. If the program runs and later start having problems sometimes the data base becomes corrupted and will cause a "loop" that the Palm device cannot get out.
The hard reset or battery drain will start your T5 as brand new. Slowly introduce programs back into it, test each individual program and hope that everything returns back to normal.
