| Need help with recovering corrupted digital pictures Hello All,
I hope that everyone is doing well. I am currently on vacation and went to upload pictures that I have been taking with a Sony Digital camera. I often times use my UX-50 to then transfer the files from my Lexmark memory stick to my laptop. When I went to transfer the files, the computer says the files are corrupted. I can see the files, but any attempt to open or copy them gives me the corrupted message. I then figured I would put it back in the camera and upload from there, but then I got a "C:13:01" error message on the camera. Does anyone know where I can go to retrieve these corrupted files. There's about 113 family vacation picks that I will be very sorry to lose. Feel free to respond to the board or email me directly. Many thanks in advance.
Rudy

| I think your best bet is to use one of the many 3rd party file recovery applications available. Most of them are capable of recovering most files from flash media...
Let us know how you get on.

| Try using the most powerful photo recovery software, in order to recover Images from SD card and from other storage devices like hard drive and removable devices. One of the best photo recovery software is Remo Recover (Windows) which is an assortment of data recovery components designed to recover deleted / lost files and folders, photos, RAW images, music & video files from crashed, re-partitioned, accidentally formatted partitions & drives. |

| I use file recovery for memory stick I cant remember where I found it but it is designed for memory stick and will recover all images - I have had the same problem from time to time on my Sony camera - but only when connecting it to my computer - some pictures that I can see on the camera image viewer will not show up. Plug it into the laptop and voila they are there
