How can I update my Palm 4.1 OS so I can sync with my new Blackberry? I've gone through all the steps and it will not work...so all I can think is that my Clie is just too old & isn't supported!
(i want to "retire" my clie, but it has SO MUCH info on it that I need on my Blackberry!!!)

I normally use the Palm Desktop application for that purposes. Wich kind of information are you talking about? Datebook? Contacts?...
May be I missunderstud you. Do you want to have two different devices synced or do you want to transfer information from the old device to the new one.
If you only want to transfer the information from the old device to the new one you should export the data using Palm Desktop, export the data as plain text separated with tabs or commas. For the seccond device you will need another app that can import such plain files into each app (contacts, datebook. etc.). I don't know what desktops apps come with blackberries.
