I only took them 2 to 3 day to send in my code. You may have a junk mail filter with your email can might have block the email or you accidently deleted the email by mistake.
If I were you try to register again.

| Yea, been about week, gave work email address, haven't gotten it. May have been filtered out. Is it best to re-register or try to find an email address at sony to tell them that it did not arrive??????
Thanks |

| I got mine a day later but I found it in my "junk mail" folder. I would assume if you use some type of spam guard or you are on a corporate network, that it was zapped already or is sitting in a junk mail folder. I would e-mail Sony before trying to register twice, that may just put up a flag that some is trying to "double register" the same device and cause you more headaches should you ever have the need to use your warranty. |

#7 | | Guest | Who to call I had the same problem. I don't know if my junkmail filter deleted it or that I just never got it. However, I called Sony support and got them to resend it. Michael was very helpful and actually sent it to all three email addresses I gave him. I don't have a toll-free number for him, nor a last name. Sorry.
Here's what I do have....

| Thanks I will call. I would have been bummed to lose out on Docs to go. It was one of the reasons I sent for this. |

| I didn't get mine after 4 business days so I re-registered with the same info (including SN) and got the documents to go info about an hour later.
May have been a coincidence, may not. |

| Documents To Go for TJ37,TJ27,th55 While registering your CLIE handheld at www.sony.com/clie/register, You must have included your e-mail address during registration.
After the regitration, you will receive, via e-mail, a download address and code within approximately 5-7 business days. Once you go to that site, enter your code, answer a few simple questions and download the software. http://www.iq.sony.com/srvs/autoresponse.asp?id=342240 |
