1SRC podcast is in MP3 and you will see two choices to get the Podcast. Some Palm devices can launch the podcast from the SD card from the launch folder. Some sony Palms launch from an audio folder and I believe some devices require a music folder to launch mp3 and video folder to launch mp4 videos....

What formats are podcasts in?
Can I download them and play them with the Real Player that comes on my Palm Zire 72 or do I need special software?
Good day there (^_^)/. Video podcasts are mostly in MPEG4/h.264 it seems. I'm not sure about real player but TCPMP should be able to let you play the video podcasts. I'm not sure though if the zire 72 has the processing power to play them. Good luck with that.
