| Up until today I haven't seen HOLIDAY planner 2.0 from www.tedsoft.co.uk on any compatibility list. Would somebody be so kind to see if this app works (used it a lot when I had my TH55) On the site of Tedsoft it says that due to some problems with some new Palm machines (T5, 650?) you can't download his programs.....but they are downloadable.
Thanks IA,
Carel |

| Earthcomber Have tested earthcomber v1.2.14 on my T5. Will give it a low confidence level at this time. Getting the large dbfiles for a city or county you choose is sometimes difficult but have been able to. Once everything gets loaded, works good with out crashing at this time. Been testing about a week. Have a memory issue and am waiting for a reply from the maker before I post it. At this time, keep it in main memory. You can get it from www.earthcomber.com.

#290 | | Guest | Textplus v5.7 Works fine on the T5 - but: as long as the 'anywhere' feature is enabled, it causes a crash when hotsyncing. Tried and verified this a few times. Confidence level high. Does this put it on the green list?
Anyone knows a workaround to this bug? | |

| I've written to SmartCell 4 times about the TextPlus bug and gotten NO RESPONSE. The only solution I've found is to disable anywhere, hotsync, and re-enable. |

| blue chat v2.1.2 on T5 HI there
Yes I have a T5 and was pretty peeved not to have abluechat/board on my cd -cant realy see a good reason why not (from Palmone) and there are few decent 3rd party software.
so the long and short it is that my mate with a T3 send it to me (via bluetooth as it happneed!) and it works perfectly.(only in 320*320 format thou).
is there a palm - mobile chat type program?
cheers
and well done on compiling such a comprehesive website.
cheers

| These work just fine on my T5 After working with my T5 for about 2wks now I can report on the following applications. I have not had a single problem from any of these applications. I have taken the precaution of loading DBCacheTool and it runs after every hotsync and after UltraSoft Money runs. I have not had any problems that would cause me to do a reset on the Palm. Color me a happy T5 camper!
Mapopolis Navigator v2.3 - Medium
DateBk5 V-5.4a,s1 - Medium to Heavy
JFile 5.65 - Medium
Ultrasoft Money 4.2.1 - Light to Medium
Only sync "My Favorites" no budget or reminder.

| Seems like a lot of things are working perfectly since the v1.1 update
Teal Backup 1.11 does a complete backup without a hitch everytime now.
MegaCalc v3.1 exits properly now but that due to recent megasoft fix.

| Contacts & Global-find OK with update From Lance's red-light list: Quote:
Built-In Contacts Application
UPDATED 12/2/2004 8:49 AM CST
Global find freezes after 8 contacts if there are 9 or more recurrences in contacts.
|
It has been noted in other threads, but this is so Lance can update his list.
Built-in contact & global find work properly after the update. Rating: high.
Cheers,
Tim |
