I just have to say the original AvP wasn't all that great (which made me sad for being a fan of the series...but it did bring them to the big screen so that made me happy to see them again) and it seems this time in part 2, they heard all the moans and complaints about the first one, mostly about the PG-13 and little violence, and fixed it.
OMG The trailers alone makes me want to go out and check it. It is amazing the gore and violence they put into this one. Lot more actions, heads being blown up, aliens being ripped in half!! MUST SEE! I just hope they go with the end of part 1 and show off the predalien in part 2
EDIT: Ohhh yeah, there is a Predalien and looks more awesome than I thought it would have been . IGN has a complete gallery here.

Compare to AVP, AVPR is less interesting. AVPR is boring and it is only one predator versus all the aliens. In AVP, we are able to see some story but AVPR is only fighting and fighting and fighting and no excitement at all. Why can't they just go to the cities instead of hiding in dark places?
