Lost Files Recovery?

Hello
do anybody have a clue how to recover files/videos that was deleted? any software for that? I "formatted" my memory card by a mistake .... Important files were deleted .... I havent write any files on the memory card since the files were deleted.

There is no way you can get the files back...

If you have the right software you should be able to recover the files, BUT if you did a full format of the card, the files are lost. There's no hurting in trying, just make sure you don't write any files to the card or anything like you said.

Exclamation An idea?

I have found some software for recovering, specially for memorysticks, now the question is...
is there anyhow to consider the memory stick of my palm as one of the hard disks that appear in "my computer" ? coz the software browses "my computer" for the memory stick.

You need to use a card reader or DataImport from your Clie, if it has it installed. You can try some 3rd party programs for card access through you Clie's hotsync. Card Export is one of those programs, but it will not work on Clies.

Send a message via MSN to skaf
DriveRescue is a freeware program, which has saved lots of data for me so far. The very important first thing to do - as Kem0 did correctly - is to remove the card from your device and set the write lock switch to the "on" position.
