hahaha ! Nice !

Do you have an idea of the purpose of the unused connector on the screen board, on the extreme right, below the speaker ?

And of the other one near the battery connector on the main board ?

All that metal... Now I know why it's that heavy, yet it is sturdy

Does anyone know what's that silver thing labeled "cap-XX"?

Well, the screen itself is very heavy, more than all these metal parts.

I suppose this thing is a backup battery ?

the "cap-XX" is a high capacity capacitor / condenser.
google after it, and you will find.

It is used in the VZ to compensate high peaks, when the OLED and WLan are used for the same time

Thanks for the explanation ... that's why it's not in the other models ...

I read that OLED uses less power than usual LCD ... But had some doubts when i noticed the size of the VZ90's battery ... it twice the TH55 battery ... for a little bit less than twice its battery life ... so finally the VZ is more or less as hungry than the TH55 ... but has a lot more bright screen ...
