Hi,

I bought my son the GXT 1 GB USB 2.0 drive last Xmas. He loved it and used it to store his assignments to bring to school.

Now the device is not recognised when it is plugged into the USB port of the PC. He says yesterday he unplugged it when his hand was wet, and that's when the problem began.

I'm not sure what the problem is, but does anyone know if it's recoverable, and if yes, how?
