You should be able to use a 2GB MS ProDuo. I don't know about what CF memory driver comes with the NZ90, but I'm using the CF memory driver written by Pelaca (a mirror of the site is at http://members.lycos.co.uk/boba73/cfutility/ ) This would allow upto 2GB CF cards.

I've also got the FAT32 driver (for my NX70) by Dmitrygr (look at the thread http://www.1src.com/forums/showthre...highlight=fat32 )

With this combination on my NX70 I have a 1GB MSProDuo (FAT16 format) and a 4GB CF card (FAT32 format)

i found official Sony info that MS Pro 2GB is max MS witch will work:
http://esupport.sony.com/EN/info/mspro-clie.html

the memory cards nowadays are pretty cheap, so i want buy as much GB as i can, but for example CF 12GB is novelty so it's a little expensive right now of course, but CF 8GB is good solution.

so i'll buy MS Pro Duo 2GB for docs, mp3 and applications
and i'm looking for some CF memory for movies to use alternately with CF Wifi witch i want to buy too

does anybody have CF 8GB in any format (fat of fat32) working with Sony Clie?

I believe that with Dmitrygr's FAT32 driver, max volume supported is 4GB.
