And I guess your jab at me really is missing my point, as you seem to be endorsing warez. Are you? You "put it aside for the moment" and have yet to confront the issue.
If, as you say, I'm the only one who's concerned about the increasing acceptance of ignoring EULAs and copyright notices and the open discussion of warez, what does that say about our community?

Honestly, I'm ambivalent about warez. In this case, I really don't believe it's problem. There's a difference, I think, between using something like Picsel Browser or Opera Mini and actually cracking a shareware app so you don't have to pay for it.
