| Guest | Keyboard advice (th55-us) I see a couple kb100s around, some on ebay, some on amazon, all over $100. Yikes. I also saw the two or more threads on the PalmOne wireless keyboard that works. I'm inclined to keep my device instead of replacing it, but I'd like a keyboard because pen input sucks for speed, so I find myself just not writing things down. So here's where you come in.
1. Have you used a keyboard with your th55?
2. Which one?
3. Would you rate it more or less painful than being eaten alive by beetles? How much?
4. Are there any regrets you have about your purchase?
I would really really like to know things such as "I like the layout of my kb100 because it's just like a normal keyboard," or "I think if they'd not left off the page/row navigation keys I would like this more" or "The krakon 2005 keyboard has all the arrows in a single row. I think this is dumb."
For instance, I once had posession of a Palm-branded PalmIII compatible keyboard. It didn't lock flat, so no lap/train use. There was no numeric row across the top, preferring the stupid function-style number row. The dock was flimsy, even on a stable desktop, occasionally dropping my device mid-sentence. Rather awkward to explain to your roommates that you got excited and ejected your Palm. Luckily, it was not purchased but found in the communal-work-junk-pile. I feel like I got what I paid for.
